9/9/09

It's 9/9/09 today, a special day with the numbers aligned, right? Since it's a special day, some of my friends & I decided to either A) Start, B) Stop, or C) Continue a habit or life choice for the next 30 days in order to help reinforce making good choices. Mine are as follows:

~Run at least 15 miles a week

~Lift weights at least 2 days a week

~Get at least 7 hours of sleep per night, at least 6 days a week. (Right now it's less than that & I'm tired!)



I've got to get ready for bed soon since I've got to get up early to run! I encourage you to join us in our 30 day challenge.
