Sweet and JOYFUL Noah (4) at the Dallas Arboretum. I swear, my oldest son must be the most photogenic kid ever. He's just stunning. I love how his joy for life is so apparent on his face every day. He just makes me happy, this boy!
Jackson at the Dallas Arboretum.
What do we say about that? Well, Jackson is almost 2 (And NO I cannot believe that!!!) and he is NOT one for sitting down and taking pictures. So, we just did our best to snap a few shots of my busy little bodied toddler. He looks so much like Michael! His personality is similar to Michael's, too. Deep thinker...somewhat quiet and guarded until he gets to know you. But he has a smile that will light up the room...when so chooses to give it up! That's my JAX!
We traveled to the Dallas Arboretum to take some Fall pictures with the boys in the pumpkin patch. I don't have the proofs back yet, but got these with my phone. The boys were wore out when we were done! Noah was just perfect. Jackson...well, he's almost 2...enough said!
Noah was a CHAMP when I took him for a haircut! I LOVE his hair. I hate having to cut it, but at times...it's a must. He did great. Jackson, on the other hand...was restrained for all of his haircut. Literally. (Hence, no pictures of Jackson, as I was the one restraining him with both hands.) Jackson is almost 2, and, although he's the "quiet one," he DEFINITELY will let you know what he does and does NOT like. And a haircut was NO part of his agenda. Such is life!
Today was a special day for Mommy & her boys...Muffins with Mom at Oak Hill Montessori School. I joined my two biggest loves for juice and muffins. They both did great! I love going to their school events.
I absolutely LOVE picking up the boys from school! And how sad is it when I get a secret little thrill when I'm the 1st mom in the car pool line? (Silly, but I live an exciting life!) It's not so much as being the first mom in the car pool line...as it is seeing THESE BEAUTIFUL FACES so eager to see their Mommy after a great day of learning. It just makes my day. Every. Single. Time.
Donuts with DAD! I don't think my boys could have a better Daddy! Michael does everything from make the lunches, to get the boys ready for school, to put them to bed at night. He knows that Love is a Verb and that his PRESENCE is the biggest PRESENT our boys could ever receive. Love, Love, LOVE that this incredible man is the father to my precious boys. They are indeed blessed. We all are.
