I took the boys for haircuts this week. Noah was a ham & entertained everyone. Jax made progress in that he didn't immediately start crying when we entered the haircut store...but waited until his actual haircut.
I'll take progress where I can get it:)
Jax & I...pre-haircut
After....of course they got to go to the McDonald playground after as a treat!
I took Noah across the street to a big boy salon for a big boy haircut. You can see from the first pictures that he was a little nervous. But, in true Noah style...he charmed everyone at the haircut store and came out with 3 suckers to boot! Love this little ham!
Noah was a CHAMP when I took him for a haircut! I LOVE his hair. I hate having to cut it, but at times...it's a must. He did great. Jackson, on the other hand...was restrained for all of his haircut. Literally. (Hence, no pictures of Jackson, as I was the one restraining him with both hands.) Jackson is almost 2, and, although he's the "quiet one," he DEFINITELY will let you know what he does and does NOT like. And a haircut was NO part of his agenda. Such is life!
Noah did a GREAT job getting a back-to-school haircut at Adventure Cuts! I was SO surprised and happy, because last year, when we tried to go to Mr. Steve's Salon for a haircut, it was an utter disaster. Steve still talks about it! Great job, Noah!
It's always a treat when Grammie comes...because Noah & Jackson get their hair cut by Grammie when she visits! Noah had LOTS of hair that was cut, and they both were champs! Thanks Grammie for always being a trooper!
Thanks, Grammie...for giving Noah another haircut when you visiting for his birthday! As you can see...he REALLY needed it! We love that Grammie cuts Noah's hair.
Grammie was kind enough to give Jackson his first haircut the day after Noah's 4th Birthday Party. She cut Noah's hair for the 1st time, so it was extra special to have her cut Jackson's for 1st time. Jackson was so funny. When Grammie first put the scissors to his hair, he put his hands in front of her to try to stop her! After Grammie showed him the scissors, he studied carefully...as is my Jackson...ever the observer. I gave him a comb and from that point forward, he was cool as a cucumber! I can't believe how differrent he looks with his haircut! He's growing up! Love my sweet Jackson!
