Fall leaf fun

Michael took a couple pictures of the boys playing in the beautiful fall leaves today. Nothing says fall like jumping in leaf piles!

Playing in the leaves

It was a beautiful fall day here in East Texas, and the leaves were abundant!! The boys helped Daddy rake up leaves, and then made piles of leaves for play.  Jax also helped Daddy mow some leaves in the yard, because it was looking like a mess! Priceless moments. I made Noah a "5" in leaves, and I also made Jax a "3," but Jax refused to have his picture taken with his leaf pile. Such is the life of a toddler! Mama tried.

Jax in the fall leaves- age 3!

It was a beautiful fall day for raking leaves.  I made a "3' out of leaves, and tried to get Jackson to take a picture next to the leaves, but he was fast!! So, the pictures aren't the clearest, but Mama tried! I think it is still cute!

Fall Festival 2013

 Fall festival 2013-
Daddy was away at another Bevo game, so I took the boys to their fall festival at their school.  It was a little tough to manage them both, but they had fun. We rode a train, went down slides, had snow cones, and pet some animals.

Fall walking

Today was a balmy, almost 80 degrees in Texas! The boys & I took a walk through the neighborhood. Noah & I talked about Fall and how the leaves "fall" off the trees in Fall. Not a minute later, Noah saw a pile of leaves in the street. "Look, Mommy! It's Fall!" I love the iPhone for letting me capture these moments! It is Fall, indeed!
Something I forgot...I say YES to Fall walking with the boys & rediscovering beauty through the eyes of a child. YES!
