For my boys...

At our afternoon trip to Sonic today, I was mesmorized by Noah & the group of friends he made playing in the sand.  All children and adults of all colors, ages, and sizes...playing together in unity...no judgment or negativity based on any perceived differences. It made my heart happy.  I wish all the world would be as kind, loving, and accepting as this group of angels in the sand.
Noah & Jackson...if you one day read this...please know that your Mommy wants you to continue to be accepting of ALL people. It will be more difficult, especially as you grow and see that others are made fun of because of being different in some way.  I want you to show compassion, be brave...and stand up for those that need help.  It isn't always the easy thing to do...especially when you want your friends' approval. But it is the RIGHT thing to do. And if someone doesn't want to be your friend because you are kind to ALL people...that is NOT a true friend! Mommy loves you lots and lots!
